Return of non-defective products – Customer right of withdrawal without reason.
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. You can return the product you ordered within 14 days from the date of receipt, and replace it with any other product of your choice or request a refund.
The consumer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product in its original condition, without stating the reasons.
For its part, the online store must return to him the money he paid for the purchase of the product, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he was informed by about the withdrawal.
The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and the company ektopon.gr is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it reaches it.
Following the declaration of withdrawal, the company is obliged to return the price received within 14 days of receipt of the products at most.
Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the company.
The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made. Specifically, in the case of debiting via credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to the company by the bank before the withdrawal and return of the item, the company will be obliged to inform the bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will make every act provided for on the basis of the contract concluded with the client. The company after the information
of which bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the option of “collection from the store”, it will be done by returning his money to him from the store where he received the product. In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the same account of the customer.
You can return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, and replace it with the same model in a different color or any other product of your choice in the same category, if available, e.g. bag by bag, belt by belt etc. at your own expense.
Returns of defective products
In addition, in the event that you received a faulty or incorrect code we can replace it with the same item or the correct one at no charge. A necessary condition is that the items have not been used and are in their original perfect condition and packaging and without tags etc. being removed. ektopon.gr does not cover the cost of returning and shipping the items. The only exception is if you received an incorrect or defective product. The products sent have already been checked for possible defects or deficiencies to avoid of unnecessary returns and have been stamped with control tags. The control tabs are in places that do not obstruct the preview and also your control. In case of unsealing, the product is considered used. Also in the photographic material the deviations of the colors are minimal to zero, so you know what color you will receive, provided that the standard settings have not been tampered with on your screen. In exchange sales, the price of the product we receive and the price of the product we ship will apply on the day we receive it from you (because prices change frequently). Only replacement of product with another, of the same category. If the item you are returning was accompanied by a gift, you also return the gift.
The responsibility (cause of destruction or loss) for the return of the products to the ektopon.gr store rests with the customer. For this reason, you should make sure that the product is very well packaged when returning it.
The return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Code of Accounts) and its complete packaging. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
Returns of products deemed defective on delivery (DOA).
The return of products, which are considered to be defective upon delivery, will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days of their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must be undamaged and have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. VAT number, Retail CoC) and its complete packaging.
The customer is responsible for indemnifying the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal. The determination of the nature, characteristics and function of the goods should be made on the basis of the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the additional information provided by the company and in any case without opening the
packaging of the products and putting the good into operation. The company is willing to inform the customer of any question regarding the nature and operation of the products by providing additional information material by electronic or other means. In case of opening the packaging or putting the products into operation, their value is automatically reduced as the product is classified as used and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction of value from the opening of the package, or the unsealing, and subsequently from the characterization of the product as used is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined exclusively by the ektopon.gr online store and is usually in the order of 20% – 50%.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
Product returns can only be made after contacting ektopon.gr, following the steps below:
STEP 1: Contact us by phone Tel: +30 212 1035241 (on working days and hours), by sms, or by e-mail: info@ektopon.gr stating your request. You give us your details and explain the reason for which you wish to make a return. If the return request is accepted then and only then proceed to step 2.
STEP 2: You undertake to send the package via the same carrier that you received it, paying the shipping costs yourself. The parcel must be accompanied by the receipt, the purchase invoice, the shipping slip. Return without proof is not accepted.
For a return or exchange to be accepted the following must apply:
– The product must be in its original condition-packaging, accompanied by its purchase document and all forms, instructions for use, etc. that accompany it and its tag must not have been removed under any circumstances.
– The return or exchange of the product should be made within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt.
– The product with which the change will be made must be of equal or greater value to the one that will be returned.
– Changes are made based on available stock from the moment we receive your shipment after consultation.
CAUTION! By placing your order in any way at ektopon.gr you automatically accept all the terms that apply. In case of exhaustion of stocks, we are not obliged to send the specific item. If you have already paid, the money is refunded, or you choose another item that is in stock and we ship it to you.
Exceptions to withdrawal
Withdrawal is not accepted in:
Α. Service contracts after the service has been fully rendered, if performance has begun with the prior express consent of the customer and with the customer’s acknowledgment that it will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the supplier
Β. Products which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
C. Contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier in order to carry out urgent repairs or to carry out maintenance work. If, in the case of such a visit, the supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than the spare parts that were mandatorily used during the performance of maintenance work or during
repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to such additional services or goods. Products that have been modified, or ordered, after the order of the customer, buyer, e.g. (change of belt length, belt cutting – maceration, special orders, etc. made for the sake of the customer.)
Return procedure if you receive via courier
In this case:
Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping.
Place inside the package that you have made a document in which you list the way in which you wish us to resolve the financial outstanding, if the product is deemed eligible for return.
Send the parcel, via the courier agency from which you received your order, to the attention of the Returns Department.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
